Team setup by invitation
In the founding beta
Each founding team is set up by invitation, with its own admin. There is no open sign-up.
Features
What the founding beta has, and what comes later
Nothing here is dressed up. Every feature carries one of two labels, and the label is the honest answer to "can we rely on this on matchday?"
Status key
In the founding beta
Built and tested in the beta version of Matchday Basic. Only founding teams we admit use it, and it may change with their feedback. GrassrootsDriven is not open to the public.
Coming soon
Planned, not available. Listed so you know where we are going, not as a promise of dates.
Set up once
Enter it once, reuse it on every matchday and every graphic.
Club branding
In the founding beta
Your crest and colours, used the same way on every graphic.
Squad and players
In the founding beta
Your players, positions and season shirt numbers.
A different number for one match only is not built yet.
Player photos and cut-outs
In the founding beta
Upload a photo and the background is removed automatically, on your own phone. You see the result before it is saved.
Planned fair-use limits: 10 MB a photo, up to 60 photos and 200 MB per team.
Player sponsors
In the founding beta
An optional sponsor for each player, shown on that player's graphics.
Season catch-up
In the founding beta
Add the results you have already played this season, even if all you know is the score. Anything unknown stays unknown; it is never shown as zero.
Before the match
Fixtures and match prep
In the founding beta
Your fixtures, then the available squad, Starting XI, subs and formation for each match.
Pre-Match, Available Squad and Starting XI graphics
In the founding beta
Drawn from the line-up you picked, in your crest and colours.
Download all
In the founding beta
Every graphic for a match in one download, with tidy file names, ready to post.
On matchday
A full matchday from one phone on the touchline.
Matchday Centre
In the founding beta
Press Start Match, then record goals and assists, yellow and red cards, substitutions, half time and full time.
The match record survives a page reload or a lost signal.
Corrections
In the founding beta
Got the scorer wrong? Correct an event after it is recorded, and the graphics follow.
